NDIS Order Process

Thanks for accepting the NDIS from Mac and PC Doctors!   

Please note that due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, there may be details of 4 weeks or more for delivery of some equipment, because of a large increase in demand and very limited supply in to Australia.

The next steps will vary depending on what type of NDIS plan you have.

Plan Managed or Self Managed:

  • We will send you an invoice to make payment for the order
  • You or your plan manager should make payment to us using the bank details on the invoice
  • Please reply to the invoice email including remittance advice
  • When payment is confirmed the order will be processed for shipment directly to the address provided

Agency managed:

  • We will make an NDIS Service Booking based on the information you have provided
  • Once we receive approval from the NDIA we will process the order or shipment directly to the address provided
