- Complete the form below to let us know about the problem with your device.
- We will send an email reply which includes shipping and payment methods.
- Once we receive the device, we will assess it and contact you with a quote to see if you would like to go ahead.
- If you do, we will complete the repair and the invoiced amount will include a fee of approximately $20 – $30 for return postage (the exact amount depends on the weight of your device and the size of the packaging but we will quote a definite price at the time. This price will include the cost of the postage. The cost of new packaging will only be added if the packaging your device arrived in cannot be reused).
- We will then post your device back to you and you’re smiling.
